1、 本科毕业设计(论文) 题 目 L型板件的冲压模具设计 专业班级 机电系机械 2 班 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 设计所在单位 2011 年 5 月 L型板件的冲压模具设计 摘要: 本文是将 L 型板件作为设计模型, 将冷冲压模具的相关知识作为依据, 阐述 冷冲压模具的设计过程。 首先, 根据对 L 型板件的结构分析, 确定该设计采用级进连续模的四角导柱 模架结构;其次,根据对级进模的性质的分析确定模具的零部件的结构、尺寸、 和材料等;再次,对零件的冲压力、卸件力和推件力的计算,选择冲压设备;最 后,利用 AutoCAD 和 Pro/E 软件对制件进行设计绘图。 通过对 L 型板件的冲压模具的
2、设计, 明确了设计思路, 熟悉和掌握了模具设 计全过程,确定了冲压成型工艺过程并对各个具体部分进行了详细的计算和校 核。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠,保证了与其他部件的配合。并 在绘制模具的装配图和零件图的过程中熟悉了绘图软件的操作。 总的来说,成功的完成了本次毕业设计,对冲压模具设计的相关知识已经基 本上掌握。 关键词:冲压模具;冲压成型;模具设计 阿里机械设计工作室阿里机械设计工作室 The Design of L Board Pieces of Stamping Mould Abstract: This paper is L model board piece as a des

First, according to the structure analysis of the L plate pieces to determine the design to use the four corners pillar sets structure of a progressive continuous model ; Secondly,
4、according to the nature analysis of progressive die tooling to determine its structure, size, and materials; in addition, according to calculate the punch pressure, discharge power and push the pieces force, we select the stamping equipment; Finally, drawing parts was designed with Auto CAD and Pro

According to to L board pieces of stamping mould design, the design idea is cleared, and is familiar with and master the mold design process and determine the stamping forming process and the various specific part of the detailed calculated and checked. So designed structure can ensure
6、reliable mould work using and ensure the cooperation with other components. In the drawing die drawings and parts graph process, we are familiar with the operation of the drawing software. Overall, I Successfully completed the graduation design and has basically master relevant knowledge of stamping mould design .
