1、- 1 - 摘 要 开铁口机,是炼铁厂的一种常用设备。其功能是打开出铁口使铁水顺利流出,因此 是高炉的主要炉前设备之一。它的可靠性和使用性能直接关系到高炉炼铁的生产效率。 由于近年来高炉的大型化,因此对开铁口机的要求也不断提高。目前国产开铁口机主要 针对中小型高炉,但在超大型高炉(5000 以上)上的发展还比较缓慢。本文主要提 出了一种面向超大型高炉的全液压型开铁口机的设计与研发,本文的重点是旋转机构的 设计与分析。并针对这一问题做了以下的一些工作: (1)查阅资料,分析总结完成开铁口机的主体设计和参数选择; (2)绘制工程图纸,完成开铁口机的三维建模; (3)对关键零件进行强度校核; (4)
2、利用虚拟样机技术,使用 ADAMS 软件实现了开铁口机旋转机构的动力学仿真 与分析。 (5)系统的分析了转臂重心的速度、加速度以及各铰链点的受力情况,揭示了不 同情况下个性能指标的变化情况。 本文通过这种设计与仿真相结合的方法,来完成这种开铁口机的开发与设计。这种 研究方法可以为以后的设计提供参考,并且从中得出的结论能为以后的研究提供一些理 论基础。 关键词:关键词:开铁口机开铁口机 设计设计 虚拟样机虚拟样机 仿真仿真 - 2 - Development and design of new hydraulic tap-hole drill design and analysis of rot

Its reliability and utility is directly related to the production efficiency of blast furnace ironmaking. Because of large-sca

Domestic tap-hole drill is mainly fit for small and medium-sized blast furnace, but is still relatively slow development of a very large blast furnace (5000 above). And do following some of the work to solve this problem: (1)Access to information, summarize to complete the tap-hole drill the main design and parameter selection; (2)Draw engin
6、eering drawings, complete the three-dimensional modeling of the tap- hole drill; (3) Strength check of the key parts; (4)Use of virtual prototyping technology, and use ADAMS software to complete the rotating body of tap-hole drill dynamic simulation and analysis; (5)Analyse systematically the velocity and acceleration of the transfer arm center of gravity, and the force of the hinge point.
