1、1 *办公楼设计 摘要：摘要：钢筋混凝土框架结构因其具有较好的可模型、耐久性、耐火性和整体性，且易于就 地取材、造价低廉而广泛应用。对于全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋，无论是多层房屋还 是高层房屋，其设计理论和计算方法都已比较成熟，因此本毕业设计选题为成都市高新区 *结构设计。其内容包括建筑设计与结构设计。本次毕业设计的结构部分主要是采用手算 （一榀框架）和电算相结合的方法，手算主要是取一榀框架来进行荷载清理、内力分析、 荷载组合和梁柱等构件的截面设计，最后任取一个基础来进行基础的设计。而电算部分， 则是采用 PKPM 结构设计软件来对整栋建筑物进行建模、内力计算和截面的配筋计算，然 后与手算部
