1、 摘 要 随着青岛人口的增加和工业的迅速发展,废水的排放量也日益增加,啤酒废水 的排出大量,给环境造成了极大的威胁。本设计为*啤酒有限公司啤酒生产废水处理 站初步设计。啤酒废水水质的主要特点是含有大量的有机物,属高浓度有机废水,故 其生化需氧量也较大。该啤酒废水处理厂的处理水量为12000m 3/d,不考虑远期发展。 原污水中各项指标为:BOD 浓度为 850mg/L,COD 浓度为 1340mg/L,SS 浓度为 1100mg/L,NH3-N 为29mg/L,TP为7mg/L,pH=6.58.5。因该废水BOD值较大, 不经处理会对环境造成巨大污染,故要求处理后,出水水质达到国家啤酒工业污染
2、 物排放标准 (GB198212005)中啤酒生产废水排放限值:COD80 mg/L,BOD 20 mg/L,SS70mg/L,TP3mg/L,NH3-N15mg/L,pH=69。 本文分析了啤酒生产中废水产生的环节,污染物及主要污染来源,并从好氧、厌 氧生物处理两方面来考虑了废水治理工艺, 提出了UASB+CASS 的组合工艺流程。 可 将废水COD由1340 mg/L降至80 mg/L以下,BOD从850mg/L降至20 mg/L以下, SS 由 1100 mg/L 降到70 mg/L 以下,出水符合标准。 关键词:关键词:啤酒废水 厌氧处理 好氧处理 UASB CASS Abstract
