1、 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 题题 目目: 恒温恒湿试验箱控制系统的设计恒温恒湿试验箱控制系统的设计 2012 年年 5 月月 30 日日 I 摘摘 要要 随着我国现代农业的发展和工业产品研制的需要， 恒温恒湿试验箱的应用越 来越广, 生产、 科研对它的要求也越来越高。 要求它的性能价格比更高, 使用寿命 更长, 使用费用更少(省电) , 响应速度更快。近几年来，我国从国外引进了大批试 验系统， 为我国工业产品的研制和定型发挥了重要作用， 但由于其本身的复杂性， 使得试验箱在运行中出现了许多问题，而且出现了问题不能及时解决，大大延长 了试验周期，影响了产品的研制工作。
2、而产生这些现象的原因是对综合试验的工 作原理不了解。为此，本文对试验箱的基本工作原理作出了一些简要阐述。 恒温恒湿试验箱是利用一定的方式将箱内的温度和湿度调节到给定值，并在 该条件下进行实验，达到实验反应要求。即能同时施加温度、湿度应力的试验箱。 简而言之是指温度和湿度都能控制在指定范围内的试验箱。 恒温恒湿试验箱主要用于检测材料在各种环境下的性能的设备，并可试验各 种材料耐热、耐寒、耐干、耐湿性能。适合电子、电器、通讯、仪表、车辆、食 品、化学、建材、医疗、航天等制品检测质量之用。 关键词： 恒温恒湿 试验箱 单片机控制系统 限温报警系统 II Title The Design of Con
