1、滑移式装载机机械结构设计 1 滑移式装载机机械结构设计 摘要 本次设计是以滑移式装载机为研究对象,主要是对滑移式装载机的机械结构部分进行 详细设计。滑移式装载机的机械结构设计可以分为两个部分来详细阐述。第一部分:根据 滑移式装载机设计的原始数据进行详细分析,收集资料设计出滑移装载机的铲斗,并且初 步定出滑移装载机的总体尺寸。 根据铲斗形状和尺寸, 设计出滑移装载机铲斗的快换装置。 再通过铲斗和负载要求,完成滑移装载机举升和卸载液压缸的选型。第一部分设计的重点 在工作臂的设计计算,和快换装置结构的详细设计,这要求我们对一些机械结构有一定的 了解。第二部分:第二部分的设计主要是针对滑移装载机行走装
2、置的设计。这部分的设计 包括轮胎,行走液压马达的选择等一些标准零件的选型。在第二部分的设计中,还需要计 算并确定滑移装载机的一些工作指标,例如爬坡角,最大行驶速度等。第二部分的重点在 于滑移装载机底盘结构的设计。底盘结构的设计包括许多的内容,其中有底盘上各铰点分 布的设计,轮子分布的设计计算。滑移装载机大部分的设计都要围绕底盘来设计,因此为 了协调,底盘的结构需要时常改动。 关键词 滑移装载机;机械结构设计;底盘设计 2 Skid Loaders Mechanical Structure Design Abstract The design is based on sliding type l
