1、 毕业设计说明书毕业设计说明书 题题 目目: 每年每年 1 万吨含锌废渣资源化利用工艺设计万吨含锌废渣资源化利用工艺设计 2012 年年 06 月月 01 日日 II 摘要摘要 氧化锌是重要的无机原料,在各个领域都有广泛的应用,随着国民经济的快速 发展和人们生活水平的迅速提高,锌矿资源日益减少而锌消耗量却不断增加,使得 含锌废渣的回收利用问题也越来越受到人们的关注,用氨配合法回收含锌工业废渣 中的氧化锌,成为锌矿资源化利用的有效途径。本设计以上海宝钢含锌工业废渣为原 料,以氨-碳酸氢铵为浸取剂,通过实验初步摸索了含锌废渣处理的条件,并结合文 献综合考虑了浸出率、工艺复杂程度等因素后,确定了本设
2、计的工艺条件。依据工 艺设计的程序,按操作单元进行物料衡算;对工艺中涉及到的换热系统均进行了能 量衡算,确定了换热面积和加热蒸汽、冷却水等加热介质和冷却介质的消耗量;在 此基础上,进行了工艺流程设计,画出了工艺流程图。结合衡算结果和工艺设计 要求,选择了适合本工艺的主要设备;依据物料性质和操作条件选择了各设备的材 质和规格;并结合设备在工艺操作条件,对所用仪表规格、型号进行了选择。 关键词:含锌废渣 氨-碳酸氢氨 活性氧化锌 工艺流程 III Process design of a workshop for handling residues containing zinc with the
3、capacity of 10kt/a Abstract Zinc oxide is an important inorganic raw material, and widely used in various fields. With the rapidly development of the national economy and the quickly increasing of peoples living level, zinc resources are dwindling and zinc consumption is increasing, the recycling of
4、 zinc residue has become the concern of the public. Recovery of zinc oxide from zinc industrial residues with ammonia has become the effective way of zinc mine utilization. This design take Shanghai BaoGang zinc industrial residues as raw materials, and ammonia-ammonium bicarbonate as the leaching a
5、gent. After preliminary experiments to explore the conditions for the zinc residue treatment , and related literature considering the leaching rate , process complexity and other factors to determine the conditions of the design. Calculated the material balance on the operating unit according to the
6、 process design of the program and the energy balance of the processes involved in the heat exchanger system, to determine the heat transfer area and the consumption of the heating medium and cooling medium such as heating steam and cooling water. On this basis, the process design draw a process flow diagram. Based on the combination of results and process design requirements, selected the main equipment for this process. According to the material and operating conditions to choose the mate
