1、1 摘 要 本设计为北京市某高层建筑室内采暖系统设计。该建筑物为十六层框架结构,主体 地下一层,地上十六层,地上一层为商铺,二十六层为住宅。建筑总高度为 52.70 米, 建筑面积为 10099.00 平方米。 北京市室外采暖设计温度为-9。 根据房间用途不同, 室内设计温度分别为: 客厅、 卧室为 18,厨房为 15,卫生间(带淋浴)为 25,商铺为 15。热媒为热水,设 计供回水温度为 95/70,由外网集中供应,外网入口资用压力为 6.5OmH 2 ,由地下一 层北向引来。 本设计为高层建筑采暖,在计算外门窗的冷风渗透耗热量时必须考虑热压和风压的 共同作用, 用缝隙法进行计算。 根据房间
2、用途和高度情况, 整个采暖系统进行竖向分区。 一层为商场,与外网直连,供回水温度分别为 95/70,系统形式为上供下回单管同程 式系统。二至八层为低区,与外网直连,供回水温度分别为 95/70;九至十六层设为 高区, 通过设于地下一层换热间的水-水换热器与外网间接连接, 供回水温度为 80/60。 由于二至十六层为住宅,要求采用分户热计量,故楼内系统采用下供下回双管异程式系 统,户内系统采用上供上回双管异程式系统。散热器采用 LXTL-101 和 LXTL-502 型铸铁 散热器,换热间采用板式换热器,型号为 BR-12。 关键词:关键词:高层建筑 采暖 分户热计量 2 Abstract Th

It is sixteen-floor frame structure of this building which main body includes two parts, one is the first underground that is shop, the other is sixteen-floor on the ground that is dwelling. According to the different use of the room, the indoor design temperature includes: drawing room and bedroom are all 18, the kitchen is 15, bathroom (with shower) is 25, shop is 15.The heat
5、ing medium is hot water which is supplied by outdoor heat distributing network ,and supplying water temperature of system is 95, returning is 70. The available pressure of building heating entry is 6.5 mH2O, which comes from the north of underground layer. When calculating the iniltration heat loss
6、of outdoor and window of high building for heating ,it must be considered the total action of thermal and wind pressure, and the method is seam means .According to the different use of the room and the height ,the entire heating system is divided by several districts in vertical. One floor is shop which connects with outdoor heat distributing network in direct and the supplying water temperature is 95 and the returning is 70, and the style of heating system is o
