1、 I 摘 要 本文针对12层框架办公楼建筑设计时所涉及的问题, 依据规范对其建筑功能、 结构构件、结构本体进行了设计、计算。该办公楼主体高度 40.2 米,建筑主体长 52.5 米,主体建筑面积 862 平方米。底层层高 3.9 米,标准层层高 3.3 米。建筑 设计部分进行了建筑平面,立面及剖面设计,功能分区设计,防火疏散及抗震设 计,与周围环境协调设计。设计主要包括建筑和结构两大部分,该建筑上部结构 采用全现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构体系,下部采用桩基础。结构设计部分分七部分: 梁、板、柱截面尺寸估算;荷载计算;框架侧移刚度计算;横向水平荷载作用下 框架结构的内力和侧移计算;竖向荷载作用下框架的
2、内力计算;内力组合;配筋 计算。抗震设防烈度 7 度,场地类别 II 类。 对于水平地震作用采用底部剪力法,对于竖向荷载采用弯矩二次分配法。 关键词:办公楼;框架结构;底部剪力法;桩基础 II Abstract Aiming at the problem of a 12-story office building, the buildings functions, structure elements, structure body are designed depending on the codes. The design is consist of architecture design and structure design. Architecture design contains plan design, elevation design and section design. Struc
4、ture design contains seven part: estimation of the size of columns, beams and slabs; load computation; the frame side rigidity computation; the frame internal forces of the portal frame construction and the side displacement under the horizontal load actions computation and reinforcing computation. The poured in place reinforced concrete frame structured and the pile foundation for the main body are adopted. Earthquake resistance intensity is 7th, Level is II kind. Equivalent base shear met
