1、摘 要 随着现代工业的快速发展,循环水泵系统的应用也越来越广泛,完善循环水泵控制 系统,使其适应现代工业生产的需求已经成为目前急需解决的重要问题。采用 LOGO! 作为控制核心的循环水泵控制系统能很好的解决现有很多循环水泵控制系统故障率高、 可靠性差、成本高、维修量大的缺陷。 本文在分析循环水泵控制系统的结构和工作基本过程的基础上, 介绍了基于LOGO! 的循环水泵控制系统的设计过程,详细阐述了系统的硬件和软件设计。给出了控制系统 主电路接线图、LOGO!硬件接线图、程序流程图、LOGO!功能块图等。利用 LOGO!的 仿真软件对所设计程序进行了仿真验证,结果表明,所设计的循环水泵控制系统基本
