1、 I 摘要摘要 矿山带式输送机是输送能力最大的连续机械之一,被广泛应用于国 民经济各部门。它的主要优点是运行平衡,运转可靠,能耗低,对环境污 染小,便于集中控制和实现自动化,管理维护方便,在连续装载条件下可 实现连续运输。 本文根据地面主提升带式输送机的原始参数,结合常规上运带式输 送机驱动方案及制动方案的理论的研究,对上运带式输送机进行了系统设 计。通过对输送机各部件的选型计算和某些重要部件的设计,最终使整个 系统能够在给定场合下安全可靠的完成预期的任务。 普通型带式输送机由六个主要部件组成:传动装置,机尾和导回装 置,中部机架,拉紧装置以及胶带。 在文中,详述了目前国内拉紧装置的主要形式,
