1、 1 砂带机的设计 摘要摘要: :砂带机是对工件进行降低表面粗糙度加工的一类机器。砂带机分为金属类砂带 机和木工类砂带机。木工砂带机也就是人称之为：带式木工砂光机。砂光机主要用于 人造板的基板砂削， 砂光机是利用磨具对人造板类， 木制品构件进行砂削加工的设备。 砂光机在人造板和家具行业中使用广泛，需求量大，品种较多，近年来发展迅速。砂 光机的特点是适应性强，能提高工作的尺寸精度，也能降低工件的表面粗糙度，是木 材加工的重要机床之一。 综合以上考虑之后，将本次设计内容定为单面双砂架上砂式宽带砂光机的设计， 输送带送料， 辊式砂架粗磨， 压磨式砂架精磨的组合。 压磨式砂架由接触辊， 压磨器， 张紧
