1、1 毕毕 业业 设设 计计 题 目 数控激光切割机 XY 工作台部件及单片机控制设计 分 院: 机电工程分院 专 业: 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级: 2 摘 要 激光切割的适用对象主要是难切割材料, 如高强度、 高韧性材料以及精密细小和形状 复杂的零件, 因而数控激光切割在我国制造业中正发挥出巨大的优越性。 随着微电子技术、 计算机技术的发展,数控系统也在不断进步。和普通机床相比,数控机床具有刚度、抗振 性、热变形小、无间隙、低摩擦、高速下运行平稳、定位精度高、跟踪性好等一系列特点。 本文设计了一台单片机控制的数控激光切割机床,主要完成了:机床整体结构设计, Z 轴、XY 轴的结构设计计算
2、、滚珠丝杠、直线滚动导轨的选择及其强度分析;以步进电机 为进给驱动的驱动系统及其传动机构的分析设计计算;以 8031 为主控芯片的数控系统硬 件电路设计、系统初始化设计及系统软件方案设计和步进电机的控制程序设计。 关键词关键词: :CNC,激光切割机床,结构,设计 3 Abstract Laser cutting machine tool was usually used for the hard-cutting material, such as high-strength material, high precision ductile materials, and smart and c

Along with the micro electron technology ,the computer technology development ,the numerical control system is also progressing .Has the rigidity high with the ordinary engine bed ,the v
4、ibration-proof ,the small thermal deformation ,ceaseless ,the low friction ,high speed under moves steadily ,the pointing accuraly high ,the track is good and so on a series of merits . This paper describes the design of a SCM-controlled CNC laser cutting machine tools. More attention was paid on th
5、e overall machine design, Z axis, XY axis in the design, ball-screw and the choice of linear motion guide and intensity analysis; the drive system into which stepper motor was put and the analysis of the drive system design;8031 chip was mainly used for the design of hardware circuit, the design of system initialization and the design of stepper motors controlling program.
