1、 I 1200 型原煤破碎机总体结构设计 摘 要 本次课程设计的任务是与课题组同学完成 1200 型原煤破碎机设计,转子结 构的设计、传动机构的设计等。原煤破碎机的设计主要使煤块破碎,同时便于煤 和轩石分选。 立式反击破碎机是通过立轴锤式破碎机引进与消化吸收,立式反击破碎机的破 碎过程是通过式被破碎。一般由进料口加入到排出成品,在破碎腔内只用 23s 的时间。所以物料通过量比较快,生产率比较高。被破碎的物料在机体内呈螺旋 运动下落,使物料得到充分的破碎。 这次毕业设计研究课题的内容是与课题组同学共同完成 1200 型原煤破碎机设 计,绘制全套生产用图纸并撰写说明书。设计的过程是: 1、查询相关
2、资料,以及参考老师建议进行速度的初步选定; 2、方案的论证以及基本外形的确定; 3、主要零件尺寸的基本确定以及相关计算; 4、主要零件的寿命校核以及强度校核以及相关计算; 5、整体装配的校核与检验; 设计方法:通过查阅相关建材机械的文献资料了解原煤选择破碎机的工作原 理,然后进行数据处理,结构分析计算完成关键零部件强度分析及整机设计,使 用 CAD 软件制图,并且重点看现在实际生产中有那些不足的地方,经常出现故障 的部位,以及出现故障的原因。通过将实际问题理论化,运用理论知识建立模型, 选择出解决问题的最有效最经济的方法,再对所选择的方案校核,最终达到对原 煤破碎机部分做一些改进,使其能够更高
