2、;5. 计算机 CAD 绘图;6.撰写设计说明书。 白水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥在成分上的主要区别是白水泥中铁含量只有普通 水泥的十分之一左右。设计采用石灰石与叶腊石两种原料。物料平衡计算时考虑 到需控制铁含量,按照经验公式(石灰石饱和系数、硅酸率、铝氧率)计算并参 考其他白水泥厂,得出恰当的率值为:KH=0.9、IM=3.85、SM=18。全厂布局由水 泥生产的流程决定。设计中采用立磨粉磨系统。立磨设备工艺性能优越,单机产 量大,操作简便,能粉磨料粒度大、水分高的原料,对成品质量控制快捷,可实 行智能化、自动化控制等优点。设计采用窑尾废气烘干物料,节约能源。总之原 则上最大限度地提高产量和质量,降
