1、摘要 24KW-6 极变频调速同步电动机的电磁方案及控制系极变频调速同步电动机的电磁方案及控制系 统的设计统的设计 摘要 这篇文章简单先介绍了同步电机的结构,类型,用途,基本技术要求,然后 介绍同步电机的工作原理,其中包括同步电机的变频调速,控制系统和同步电机 的运行特性。接着引出本文的正题,即电机设计,关于电机设计这一块,先介绍 了下电机设计应当注意的内容,包括气隙对电机性能的影响,槽满率对电机性能 的影响。其次就根据自己的课题进行电机设计。 在电机设计的时候,分三个方案,其一先算出一个方案出来,然后从节省材 料的角度进行优化设计第二个方案。 其三从提高效率的角度进行优化设计出第三 个方案。
