1、 I 设计说明设计说明 本设计是针对处理量为 4 万吨/年的粗苯精制工艺, 采用的是溶剂萃取低温加 氢工艺, 萃取剂是 N-甲酰吗啉。 在本设计中精馏工段主要有四个塔, 即预精馏塔, 萃取精馏塔,纯苯塔和二甲苯塔,在本设计的设计计算中主要是对纯苯塔做了详 细计算,分别对其进行了物料衡算,热量衡算,纯苯塔的设计计算,以及塔附件 的计算。并对其进行了流体力学性能的验算,以及塔板负荷性能图的绘制。其中 计算出纯苯塔主要参数为: 塔径 1.4m, 塔高 19m, 实际塔板数 32 块, 板间距 0.4m。 其中精馏段塔板数为 11 块,提馏段塔板数为 21 块等等,经过精制后使甲苯含量 小于 0.3%
2、, 苯含量大于 99.7%, 二甲苯含量小于 4.0%。 最后又绘制了工艺流程图, 物料衡算图,以及纯苯塔的主体设备图。其中纯苯塔塔顶温度为 80,塔釜温度 为 120。 本设计的产品有纯苯、甲苯、二甲苯、非芳烃、重苯,其中最主要的产品是 纯苯、甲苯和二甲苯。 【关键词】【关键词】粗苯,加氢,精制,苯 II Design descriptions This design is for productivity for 40000 tons/year of coarse benzene refining process, USES is the solvent extraction low te
