1、 第三方网上支付模式分析及对策研究 摘 要： 5 月 27 日中央新闻频道报道：2011 年第一季度我国网上支付达到 3650 亿 元，同比翻了一倍，市场蛋糕仍在做大。而网络支付是电子商务的关键环节，也是电 子商务得以顺利发展的基础条件。 第三方网络支付方式作为一种新的网络交易手段和 信用中介，不仅具备资金传递功能，而且能对交易双方进行约束和监督。第三方支付 模式是解决目前电子商务中支付信用等问题的重要措施。 本文介绍了第三方网络支付模式的概念、特点和运作流程及国内外发展研究现 状；以国内外典型的第三方支付中的 PayPal 模式和支付宝模式为例；着重从第三方 支付原理概述、盈利模式等几方面分
