2、构建和谐社会的重要基础， 是关系经济发展和社会稳定的 大事，应当引起我们高度重视。同样由于劳动关系是社会关系的一个重要组成部分所以和 谐劳动关系的构筑是建设和谐社会的基础。 本文从和谐劳动关系的构筑的概念、 其特征和和谐劳动关系构筑的意义入手， 提出并分 析了当前和谐劳动关系构筑所存在的问题， 并提出了相应的对策， 同时还展望了和谐劳动关 系构筑在未来的发展方向。从而为和谐劳动关系的构筑提供了理论支持。 关键词： 和谐 劳动关系 现状 对策 展望 Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of Chinese economy,
