1、 I 爬模机电气控制系统的设计爬模机电气控制系统的设计 摘摘 要要 爬模机是采用顶升式爬模,利用电机来爬升模板的机器。爬模机的模板安装与传统 模板的安装流程上保持一致,但有区别的是模板的拆装过程。传统式模板安装需要将模 板分开,一次安装一个小块,整个墙面需要安装很多次,而采用顶升式爬模模板安装, 只需要由 5 根主立柱顶着整个工作平台上升,所有模板也随着整个平台顶升,一次性将 所有模板吊装到位,大大简化了高层建筑物和桥梁的施工。如果采用爬模机安装修建高 层,模板安装这个过程花费也就不到 1 天时间,大大缩短了建筑所需时间。因此对爬模 机电气控制系统进行研究具有很大的现实意义。 文章对爬模机电气
2、系统的设计进行了比较深入的研究,论文的主要内容包括: 第一,阅读了一些爬模机电气控制系统的相关文献,对西门子 S7-200PLC、西门子 MM420 变频器等有了深入的研究,搭建起了系统的硬件平台。 第二,在西门子 S7-200PLC 的编程软件平台上, 设计出了爬模机工作的控制程序, 完 成对爬模机手动 6 个速度档位的控制与自动爬模程序。 第三,对西门子Smart Line 700触摸屏操作手册与SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 软件 进行了研究,设计出了触摸屏的 3 个操作界面,实现了触摸屏对爬模机的控制与监控。 最后在构建的爬模机硬件平台上进行安装与调试,验证系统
