1、 I 摘 要 随着市场竞争的不断深入，很多企业的规模变得越来越大，随之而来的就是企业中 各种设备数量的增多。如何高效，安全地管理企业设备，已经是各个企业亟待解决的问 题。在企业运营过程中，企业内设备的有序管理不但可以节省运营成本，还可以提高企 业人员的工作效率。同时，大量事例也证明，科学的设备管理已成为帮助企业高效运营 的有力工具。企业设备管理系统便可以帮助企业解决在设备管理上遇到的问题。 本系统是一个基于 Web 的企业设备管理系统（Enterprise Equipment Management， 简称 EEM ） 。系统采用三层体系结构，前端由 JSP 网页实现表现逻辑，后端使用 SQL
2、Server 2005 数据库实现数据逻辑，提出了设备分阶段处理原则。本系统使用 Struts2 和 Spring 框架实现，具有高内聚，低耦合的特点。结合我们对设备管理知识的了解，本系 统实现了对于设备的使用管理、维修管理、采购管理、入库管理、重要设备使用跟踪， 实现了按设备的使用部门，设备的类别查询功能，实现了对于不同用户权限的管理。在 设备的日常管理中，系统引入了申请、审批、执行的制度，这样可以加强设备使用的安 全性，企业设备管理者可以对设备使用的实时信息进行监控。系统的权限管理可以防止 使用者对设备的越权管理。系统在 Windows 7 平台下开发，能满足中小企业设备管理的 需要。 论
