1、摘要 I 摘 要 交通组织设计有别于“交通设施设计”和“交通工程设计”，是近年来 为提高交通效率、改善城市交通而提出，它属于“交通设计”的一部分。它的 重要性在于：做好路网交通需求分析，合理的组织区域交通，充分发挥路网的 功能，保障交通安全。淄博市中心医院是淄博市规模最大的一所综合性三级甲 等医院，也是全市医疗、教学、科研和预防保健中心。该院位于城市中心区， 具备以下特征，即出行吸引力强，相对可达性高；路网结构设计不合理，在交 通实施整合上缺乏前瞻性；交通流量大，交通方式多样化，机动化趋势加强； 内部行人流量大，过街行人多；停车需求大，停车设施短缺。所以应该充分利 用有关原理，进行交通调查、交
