1、 1 浅析浅析如家快捷酒店的组织文化建设如家快捷酒店的组织文化建设 内内 容容 摘摘 要要 酒店中的组织文化在企业经营中起着无形的作用,形成了一个酒店的特殊氛围,它 起到对组织成员的指导作用。它的形成有诸多的因素,有市场、社会、民族、地理环境 等外界环境的因素和经历、 制度体系、 工作内容等内部因素。 组织文化不是一成不变的, 随着客观环境、经营战略等的改变,必须适当改变酒店的组织文化,否则,组织文化将 成为不利于组织发展的束缚。 酒店文化是以利润提升为前提并在长期发展过程中所形成的被多数员工所接受的 共同价值观和准则, 也是经营者刻意追求的结果。 酒店文化规定了酒店的价值行为取向, 使员工有
2、着共同的价值目标,对事物的评判形成共识,酒店的领导者和员工都为着他们 所认定的价值目标去行动。 酒店文化的创建对于提升酒店竞争力、增强员工的满意度均有重要作用。本文在组 织文化相关理论的基础上,研究了如家的文化内涵,分析了其酒店文化的构成及各部分 之间的关系,并对如家酒店文化的发展提出建议。本文第一部分从市场竞争力,酒店特 色需要,酒店形象需要及经营理念四大方面阐述了酒店组织文化存在的重要意义。第二 部分则分析如家快捷酒店组织文化的层次结构。第三部分指出了如家快捷酒店的组织文 化中尚且存在不足。第四部分则围绕这些不足提出了笔者的建议。 关键词:关键词: 酒店文化 酒店竞争力 经济型酒店 2 A
