2、联合 辅助治疗支气管哮喘患儿 100 例的临床疗效及护理措施。结结果果 采用压缩雾化治 疗组患儿雾化吸入后哮喘症状得到明显控制或基本消失,呼吸困难症状逐渐缓解 或消失。结论结论 布地奈德混悬液，硫酸特布他林溶液和爱全乐稀释后雾化吸入治 疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效显著。压缩雾化吸入疗法操作简单、药物直达病灶、局部 病灶药物浓度高、安全性好、毒副作用小等优点,且所用仪器简单,使用方便,用 药快捷,无痛苦,患儿较容易接受。值得临床推广应用。 关键词关键词 小儿支气管哮喘；压缩雾化吸入；布地奈德；特布他林；爱全乐； 护理体会 Compression Compression aerosolaerosol in
