2、农业生产技术的发展和播种方式的更新,近30年来我国的播种技术和播种机械有了很大 的发展 1。排种器是播种机的核心工作部件,其特性和工作性能对播种质量有着直接的 影响。电动机不仅可以使排种器轴转动达到均匀排种的目的,还可以通过调节电动机的 转速来调整最适合种子生长的间距,用来适应不同作物的生长条件,能够极大地改善播 种质量,从而达到增产的目的。本文较全面的阐述了排种器的概况和国内外研究现状, 探讨排种器的研究发展方向, 分析了排种器的工作性能及结构特点, 并进行了试验分析。 通过现有的排种器的研究成果,本文设计了电动排种器,制定了设计方案,并对各个部 分进行了设计计算。通过对主要零件的设计, 在
