1、I 摘摘 要要 改革开放，特别是社会主义市场经济机制的启动运行，大大地促进了我国生产力水平 的发展，繁荣了经济，推动了社会进步，人民群众普遍得到了好处，整个社会发生了重大 的变化。但是由于商品经济存在着其自身固有的消极因素，加上国门开放而渗透进来的西 方资本主义腐朽东西的结合，使我们的社会受到了明显的影响，正如江泽民同志所指出的： “我国是一个封建社会历史很长的国家，封建主义和其他剥削阶级影响将长期存在，总要 通过各种形式表现出来。我们实行对外开放，借鉴和利用世界各国包括发达资本主义国家 的一切现代文明成果，资本主义腐朽的东西也会钻进来。我们建立社会主义经济体制，要 经历一个艰难的新旧体制转换
2、过程。这个过程中，由于制度和机制的不健全、不完善，工 作中存在一些漏洞和薄弱环节，也会给腐败现象滋生以可乘之机。这些年来，我们有些地 方、有些单位对党员和干部的思想教育抓得不紧，拜金主义、享乐主义和极端个人主义在 一部分党员和干部中滋生也是腐败现象得以蔓延的一个重要原因。”对此尽管各级党和政 府都做了大量的工作，可是见效菲微，屡禁不止，业已成为我们工作上一大问题。因此， 我们必须不断地对腐败现象的滋生蔓延加以研究分析，探索对策，力求有效将其遏制，以 确保改革开放的健康发展。 论文大体主要有二个部分,按照分析问题,解决问题的论述方式对当前我国腐败现象滋 生蔓延问题进行研究。 第一部分从腐败的定义
