2、普通及数控工艺、数控镗床、数控镗夹具 3D 设计 摘要 本次毕业设计综合应用了工程图学,机械设计,机械制造工程学,机械几何精 度设计、夹具设计、数控加工等相关课程知识。本毕业设计在电动葫芦减速器箱体设计 过程中,详细的分析了减速器箱体的普通及数控加工工艺,通过工艺方案的比较与分析 选择得到了符合技术要求的工序,形成了机械加工工艺过程卡和机械加工工序卡。本设 计进行了数控铣削的专用夹具的设计,阐述了定位方案的选择、夹紧方案的确定、夹具 体设计,运用 AutoCAD、SolidWorks 完成了减速器箱体的零件图、装配图、3D 设计图及 其专用夹具的装配图和夹具体的零件图及其 3D 设计图。此外,
