1、 I 摘摘 要要 日益严重的环境污染和能源危机对汽车工业的发展提出了极为严峻的挑战。为了汽车工业的 可持续发展,以使用电能的电动机作为驱动设备的电动汽车能真正实现“零污染” ,现已成为各 国汽车研发的一个重点。在电动汽车研发的众多技术选型之中,依靠轮边驱动的电动汽车逐渐成 为一种新颖的电动汽车选型方向。 为了弥补现有轮边驱动电动车辆驱动系统的缺陷,本文设计了一种新型双电机二级减速独立 驱动桥。该方案采用磷酸铁锂动力电池作为动力源,两台永磁同步电机作为驱动装置,依靠两套 减速齿轮组分别进行减速,用短半轴来带动车轮旋转。在系统构型设计的基础上,进行了包括电 动机、减速器和电池在内的动力系统参数匹配

In all development projects, the use of the Wheel-driven motors for electric cars can truly achieve“zero pollution”,it has become a vehicle of research and development focus.
4、In a wide range of technical options of the electric vehicles, the Wheel-driven electric vehicles have become a new research direction. In order to make up the flaws of existing in-wheel motors driving system for electric vehicles, a new kind of two-motor independent wheel driving axle with two sets
5、 of deceleration gear clusters, has been designed. The system uses Lithium iron phosphate battery to provide driving force, two permanent magnetism synchronous motors as driven equipment, depends upon two sets of deceleration gear clusters to carry on the deceleration, leads wheel revolving with the
6、 semi axles. Based on the design, the parameters matching for electric motors, battery and reduction gears have been carried on. Take all above factors into consideration, this research provides some help for the development of new type drive systems.
