1、1 摘摘 要要 聚乙烯(PE)是五大通用塑料之一, 其产量和消费量位居各种合成树脂之首, 在工业、农业和日常生活中具有广泛的应用。目前我国聚乙烯自给率不足 50缺口很大扩大聚乙烯的生产能力将成为今后石油化工行业发展的重要 任务。因此,掌握聚乙烯生产技术,特别是通过消化吸收国外引进的生产技术, 进一步开发出我国拥有自主知识产权的成套技术和在原有规模上对聚乙烯车间 或工厂进行改造,使得聚乙烯的产量和种类都得到很明显的提高和增加。 本文介绍了聚乙烯车间设计的各个环节,包括聚乙烯装置总体设计方案, 和聚乙烯生产工序,以及环境保护和劳动安全卫生;概括了改造设计聚乙烯车 间的目的和意义,提出了设计中存在的
