1、 I 摘 要 流量是工业控制中与生产中的一个重要参数。随着现代工业迅速发展,人们对流量测 量的要求越来越高,促使流量测量方法和测量计有了迅速发展。但测量对象的复杂性,决 定了流量测量仪表在在应用技术上的复杂性。 光纤光栅传感器是一种能测量多种参数的传感器,涡街流量计是 20 世纪 70 年代以来 发展比较迅速的一种流量测量方式,它具有结构简单、量程宽、测量准确等诸多特点,正 日益成为流量测量的主要方式之一,涡街流量计有着广泛的应用范围和发展空间。 本课题将光纤光栅传感理论与涡街流量测量基本理论相结合,设计了一种新型的流量 测量装置。本文主要通过对光纤光栅传感器原理,涡街流量传感器原理分析,设计
