1、摘要 Internet 的迅速发展以及发展领域的多元化,基于电子商务平台的供应链管理 的发展趋势也越来越迅速。为了满足客户的需求,并对整个供应链包括供货商、 制造商、分销商及消费者的各个环节进行综合管理,把物流与库存成本降到最低。 而实现这个目标就要对整个供应链系统进行计划、协调、操作、控制和优化,从 而将顾客所需的正确的产品能够在正确的时间,按照正确的数量、正确的质量和 正确的状态送到正确的地点,并将总成本达到最佳化。 本文通过电子商务的供应链管理的理论, 在对供应链管理资料的收集与整理的 基础上,通过对利丰集团、Timberland、Diageo、利和经销等供应链管理成功案例 进行分析,阐
