By compression tests, the curves of relations between stress and strai
3、n are obtained. The results of tests show that there are four phases obviously when compressed: elastic, elastic-plastic, plastic-landslide and solid deformations. Honeycomb paperboard has the performance of vibration isolation in the phase of elastic and the performance of cushioning in the phases

Besides, by changing the compression rates in the tests, this paper measures the curves of relations between stress and strain under different transmutation rates, analyzes the effect of compression transmutation rates on the cushioning property of honeycomb paperboard.
