1、第 1 页 共 19 页 我国公司两权分离现状研究 摘 要：两权分离制度在我国的执行，推动了我国企业的发展，提高了我国的企业 竞争力，但同时也存在很多的问题。本文首先对两权分离有基本的概述，其中包括 两权分离的含义、功能、及其形式。其次开始对我国公司两权分离的发展现状进行 分析， 主要分为国有企业的两权分离现状与民营企业的两权分离现状两个方面进行 阐述。再次，分析出了两权分离在我国现代公司运行中存在的问题，也是从国有企 业与民营企业两个方面进行研究， 国有企业存在的主要问题是所有权受损与经营者 内外部监督功能的缺失，民营企业存在的主要问题是浓重的家族气氛，代理人不易 找寻等的问题。最后，本文通
