1、I 信息管理系统开发中的风险研究 摘要 风险是与人们或者组织追求的目标、愿望密切联系在一起的。在目标的实现过程中存 在着可见的和不可见的危险行为，或者存在着一些不确定性，这都会形成阻碍 目标实现 的因素，而这些可能发生的危险行为和因素构成了风险因素。在信息管理系统的开发中存 在着各种风险。对开发中的风险进行研究有利于进行风险管理和控制，从而降低风险。本 文根据目前国内外学者对信息管理系统开发中风险研究的成果，通过对实例的研究，分析 了信息系统开发风险评价的研究现状和存在问题，总结出目前信息管理系统开发中的风险 类型，影响风险的因素和关键问题，提出具体的风险评估方法和应对措施文章。 关键词：风险
