1、重车调车机自动控制系统设计 摘 要 本设计以翻车机自动控制系统中的重车调车机为控制对象, 完成重车调车机自动控 制系统的硬件及软件设计,着重硬件部分设计,内容包括主电路设计和液压系统设计。 具体包括:控制方案选择及论证-整体控制方案比较、PLC 品牌和型号的确定、牵引臂 传动控制方案、调速控制方案的确定等内容。主电路设计部分由 4 台主驱动电机、一台 油泵电机、一台循环电机及相关的保护设备组成。供电方式涉及电机型号选择、导线及 电缆选择、接触器和熔断器选择、变频器及其它设备选择等。控制电路部分设计-PLC 选择、低压器件选择、S7-300 的通信功能等等。软件部分主要是介绍所采用的编程软 件、
2、地址分配以及流程图等内容。系统以 PLC 为核心,配以低压电器装置、控制电动机、 液压阀等协调动作,实现重车调车机调车过程的自动化。在该设计中,主要应用工业企 业供电,工厂电器 PLC 原理,运动控制系统中变频调速及自动控制原理等的相关内容进 行设计。本设计采用可编程控制器控制,实现了全自动化,提高了系统的可靠性。 关键词关键词:PLC;液压系统;变频调速;电动机;重车吊车机 Abstract The design according with the object of weight crane in the over-turn engine automatic control system
