1、 I 摘 要 经济危机的爆发，贸易保护主义的抬头，人民币的升值，给依赖外贸业务的皮革企业 带来了了巨大的影响。订单不断的减少，成本逐渐的增加，竞争越发的激烈，利润一再被 削弱，如今辛集市的众多中小型皮革企业已经处于濒临停工的状态，没有订单，工人只能 休息，诸多企业面临着不改革就可能会倒闭的情况。本文以贸源皮业有限公司为例，对其 进行了内外部环境分析，运用PEST分析法，五力模型等分析工具，找出了辛集市中小型皮 革企业所普遍存在的问题并加以研究，从产品结构、营销渠道等方面入手，提出了自己的 研究对策，以寻求应对挑战、化解危机的解决方法。 关键词：辛集；皮革；外贸；经济危机 ABSTRACT Ec
