1、 1 摘要摘要 SRS-M01 模块化生产系统(自动生产线)囊括了电气自动化技术专业学习中所 涉及的诸如电机驱动、气动、PLC（可编程控制器） 、传感器、变频器等多种技术。 本次研究对象是生产线中的物料搬运站， 使用 STEP7 MICROWIN 编程软件软件， SMATIC S7-200 系列硬件，组成 PLC 控制系统。按照流程框图编写 PLC 程序，利用 组态软件技术，实现组态界面对物料搬运站 S7-200 的控制。 通过毕业设计，进一步融会所学的专业知识，增强学生对本专业应用技术和 领域的了解，可以培养同学分析问题、解决问题的能力，进而提高设计创新、综 合应用能力，为毕业后从事专业技术
