2、息化管理提供了重要的依据和支持。 随着电脑的不断普及，传统的小区物业管理方法已经不能满足小区的正常管理 的需求，故对现代化的小区物业管理提出了新的需求，先利用所学的 VB 技术作为 开发工具来设计各种模块和功能，然后利用 Access 作为后台数据库，设计了该小区 物业管理系统。本系统对现实中的小区物业管理模式进行模拟，来实现对小区各个 方面的管理。其中对业主的信息管理实现了对小区内住户的操作。其中小区信息的 管理实现了对小区物业企业人员和各个环境管理的操作。其中物业管理的信息的管 理实现了业主报修的管理和业主投诉的管理。 小区物业管理系统是现代的小区必不可少的一部分。而一个好的小区物业管理
