1、 1 小区多层建筑给水排水工程设计 摘 要 本设计为小区多层建筑给水排水工程设计,设计的内容主要包括:建筑给水系 统设计,建筑排水系统设计,建筑雨水系统设计,消火栓给水系统设计,自动喷淋 系统设计。 本建筑地上 6 层加跃层,建筑总高度为 21.5 米,一层层高 3.6 米,二层层高 3.9 米,其余层高为 2.8 米。一层为商场,二层左侧为办公室,右侧为住宅,三层 到跃层为住宅。 小区给水水源采用市政管网给水,市政管网压力为 0.35Mpa,经管网水力计算, 采用管网直接供水和水箱联合供水方式。在完成管网布置后,通过计算确定室内给 水管网的管径、管内流速和管段水头损失,并选择的合适的加压水泵
2、、分户水表和 总水表。 排水方式选用污废水分流制排放的方式。直接排放进入小区污水管道,再排放 入城市下水道。确定生活排水系统布置形式并通过计算确定室内排水管网管径和坡 度。 雨水排水方式采用普通外排水方式。通过计算屋顶的汇水面积,确定了雨水管 的管径。 消防系统,住宅、办公室采用消火栓给水灭火系统,商场采用自动喷淋灭火系 统。 关键词: 给水系统;直接供水;普通外排水;自动喷淋 2 The Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Design of Anshan Jinfu Garden High-rise Residential Building Abst
