1、-I- 青情酒店式公寓设计青情酒店式公寓设计 摘摘 要要 随着国家经济的快速发展，出去旅游的人们也变得越来越多，使人们 在出行过程中变得舒适也越来越重要，在这样的前提下高层建筑的发展变 得不可阻挡，人们在出行的过程中对自己的住所有了更多的选择，所以旅 馆业的发展非常迅速，各种综合型酒店日益增多。 本设计题目为黑龙江神哈尔滨市高层酒店式公寓，该建筑总平面形状 为长方形，一，二，三层长 67.4 米，宽 19 米，每层 1280.6 2 m；标准层长 为 64.4 米，宽为 19 米，每层 1223.6 2 m；该建筑共 10 层,总建筑面积为 12236 2 m。 建筑选用钢筋混凝土材料，结构形
2、式选用框架剪力墙结构。满足酒店 式公寓的大空间和较强的抗侧移刚度，全部采用钢筋混凝土现浇，围护墙 选用陶粒混凝土。根据基础埋深需求和土壤条件选用桩基础，单桩承载力 为 788.6KN，桩长 12m。 第一部分为建筑设计。该建筑的首层是大堂，二层为餐饮包厢区，三 层为会议区，四层到十层为住宿休息区。该设计中间为走廊疏散区，两边 布置房间。此建筑设计有楼梯两部，电梯三部，满足交通疏散要求。 第二部分为主体结构设计。内力计算中，分别用手算和用 PKPM 软件 计算立体框架。PMCAD 建模后用 Setwe 电算内力，结果合理采用框剪剪力 墙刚接体系进行手算，内力结果合理，利用手算结果对梁，柱，剪力墙
