2、月 日 答辩委员会主任签字： 年 月 日 I 摘 要 当前，我国一直采用沥青油毡等普通防水卷材作为屋面的主要建筑防水材料。虽然我 国大力推广新型防水材料，但是多数重点和一般工业与民用建筑，仍大量地使用传统的沥 青油毡屋面。这种普通的防水材料有一定的优点,如造价比较低廉，且有一定的防水能力； 但是它的缺陷也非常明显,如热施工、环境污染严重,低温脆裂、高温流淌,最重要的是持 续防水时间太短,大概 78 年就需要维修。本文针对屋面沥青油毡这种普通防水卷材容易 出现渗漏的情况，分析了其问题发生的原因和常见现象,找出相应的修复方法,使屋面恢复 防水功能。 关键词：沥青油毡 ；渗漏 ；影响 II Abst
