1、 I 设计说明设计说明 稳定汽油吸收炼油厂催化裂化产生的富气,本设计任务是富气年处理量为 10 万吨,关键组分丙烯的吸收分率大于等于 94%。此吸收属于物理吸收法。采 用常规逆流操作流程,见附图 1。填料塔设备见附图 2,带控制点的流程图见附 图 3。 设计计算的大致步骤如下: 首先,据富气处理量及关键组分的吸收分率,求出塔顶尾气的量为 301.96936hkmol/, 吸收剂用量 865.4hkmol/及塔底吸收液的量 1080.43hkmol/, 因进出物料吸收和释放的能量没有达到平衡, 所以格外凝聚根据设计需要一个热 负荷为 Kmol KJ 743.1671923换热器。再据富气及吸收剂
2、的特性选择合适的填料 (种类、材质、规格) ,该设计选取了直径mmd50的拉西环填料(乱堆填料) , 由此求取塔径2200Dm m及填料层高度mZ13。再由吸收条件富气进料温度 40T,塔顶出料温度为120T,操作压力为10Patm(绝),根据设计的要 求和经济的合理性,选择合适的钢号筒体和封头都选用MnR16。 其次,塔内部构件及附属构件的设计与选取:液体分布器、液体再分布器、 塔底支承板、塔顶压板、人孔、泵。 再次,各种接管的求取及法兰规格的查取,裙座、封头的设计求算等。即完 成设计。最后,整体论证该塔的可行性及经济价值。 关键词: C2 C3 乱堆乱堆 泵泵 II Design eluc
