2、行的相关设计。本设计的内容由六大部分组成：总论、工艺部分、公用系统部 分、建筑部分、安全防火及卫生部分、以及最后的综合经济部分。其中工艺为重 点内容，主要有产品方案的确定、材料的要求、工艺流程的安排、物料衡算、设 备选择以及车间平面布置等。另随说明书附有五张图纸。 非工艺设计包括：总平面、土建、采暖通风、给排水、供电及自控、制冷、 动力、环保等的设计。非工艺设计都是根据工艺设计的要求和所提出的数据进行 设计的。使得整个设计能够做到高效、节能、环保，并能够保证食品安全符合国 家及行业的有关标准. 关键词：关键词：果味酸奶；工厂设计；工艺设计；非工艺设计 Abstract II Class 6 t
