2、济效益，增强企业综合实力和 竞争力。 本文采用文献分析法进行研究，通过阅读大量的期刊、著作，并按照提出问题，分 析问题， 解决问题的基本思路对企业存货管理的相关问题进行研究。 论文分为四个部分， 首先分析加强企业存货管理的必要性，其次提出企业在管理存货的过程中存在的问题， 然后对企业存货管理中存在的问题，提出实行合理存货管理的建议与对策，最后以沃尔 玛超市的存货管理为例来说明采用适合企业自身的存货管理方法可以达到降低企业库 存成本，提高工作流程效率，为企业挖掘更大利润，实现企业和社会资源充分的利用。 关键词：关键词：存货管理存货管理；零库存零库存；经济订货量模型；准时生产制经济订货量模型；准时
