1、2500t/d 新型干法水泥生产线烧成系统窑头工艺设计 I 摘摘 要要 本次设计的任务为 2500t/d 水泥熟料新型干法水泥生产线原料粉磨系统工艺 设计。其目前国内外所采用的生料粉磨系统主要有三种:球磨烘干兼粉磨系统、立 磨系统和辊压机终粉磨系统。球磨系统的不足是:粉磨效率低,能耗大,噪声大等; 终粉磨系统在丽都级配,操作维修,可靠性等方面存在缺陷,所以本次设计采用粉 磨能力、烘干能力、能耗、喂料粒度等方面的综合性能优越的立磨系统。根据控制 窑,粉磨系统风量和风压平衡的风机数量来分,原料及废气处理主要分为双风机和 三风机系统。出于环保,能耗方面的考虑,基于物料平衡计算和设备选型计算,本 次设

So this design useds grinding capacity, energy consumption, feed particle size and other aspects have performance superior of roller mill system.By the nember of fan that controls the air quantity and air pressure balance in kiln and mill system,the raw material grinding system and the waste gas processing system at kiln back end was divided into double fan system and three fan system .For reduced power consumption ,environme
