1、 毕 业 论 文 企业员工工作投入度影响因素分析 I 企业员工工作投入度影响因素分析 摘 要 在竞争全球化以及知识经济时代中,知识型员工及其工作成果对企业生存发展至企业 获胜的关键。因此,如何激励员工使他们高度投入工作,从而改进员工工作绩效是企业人 力资源管理的重要内容。本文在阅读工作投入度相关研究文献的基础上,重新鉴定了工作 投入度的含义并总结出了主要的影响因素,在此基础上提出相关研究假设。通过对浙江省 一些企业员工的实证研究结果表明:不同性别、年龄、受教育程度对企业员工工作投入度 存在显著影响;角色压力、组织承诺、组织公平与组织支持对工作投入度存在显著影响; 家庭中的积极情感和消极情感对工

Through some empirical study of the employees in Zhejiang, the author shows that Different gender, age and education level of enterprise employees have significant influence on the degree. Role stress, organizational commitment, organizational justice and organizational support are important for it too, as well as the positive and negative affection of the families.
