1、 摘要摘要 随着对机场运输要求的日益提高,发展“长寿命低维护道面” ,提高混凝土 的抗折强度与耐久性等诸多性能是当前道面混凝土的发展趋势。 本文利用正交试 验的方法,以最少的试验组数确定干硬性混凝土的最佳配合比。找到道面混凝土 抗折强度、密实度、耐磨性能与水灰比,砂率,水泥用量的关系。对于强度存在 最适合的砂率,水灰比与抗折、抗压强度均成反比。水泥用量的增加明显提高混 凝土的强度,但要综合考虑经济效益问题。对于耐磨性能试验结果证明砂率越小 耐磨性能越好。并且通过功效分析法,综合考虑各因素的影响大小,结合工程实 际找到最佳配合比。粉煤灰的掺入通过扫描电镜观察可以与水化产物凝胶 Ca (OH)2发
