2、断扩大的 趋势。这已引起全社会的广泛关注，并对行业自身的发展、人们的择业观念、社会风 气和社会稳定等方面都带来不良影响。 本文在借鉴前人理论研究与实证研究的基础之上， 根据文献资料从众多影响行业 工资因素中遴选了 7 个指标，再运用多元统计分析中的逐步回归法筛选出在统计意 义上对行业工资影响显著的因素进行分析。本文研究表明，改革开放以来，各行业工 资水平都有所提高，但提高的速度与程度各不相同，导致工资差距明显扩大。成因分 析表明行业人力资本水平、行业垄断程度、行业劳动生产率的差异是造成行业工资差 异的主要因素，它们对行业工资都有正向影响。 关键词：关键词：行业工资 差距扩大 实证分析 建议 3
