1、碾压混凝土的开发与应用 - I - 摘要摘要 碾压混凝土是一种干硬性贫水泥的混凝土,使用硅酸盐水泥、火山灰质掺和 料、水、外加剂、砂和分级控制的粗骨料拌制成无塌落度的干硬性混凝土,采 用与土石坝施工相同的运输及铺筑设备,用振动碾分层压实。 本课题以贵州省思林水电站大坝为依托, 研发出了适用于该电站用的碾压混 凝土。设计出了适用于该电站的合理碾压混凝土配合比和施工配合比,并对该碾 压混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及耐久性能进行了研究。试验表明:凝结时间中 初凝一般在十一小时左右,终凝一般在十四个小时左右;28 天后抗压强度最大 可以达到 17.7MPa;干缩值最大也就达到了 152.410-4;抗渗
