1、 I 卡箍冲压模具设计 摘 要 本次设计主要设计了冲压模具中的落料模具和弯曲模具。经过老师的提示和 指导,我首先分析制件的工艺性,根据工件的工艺尺寸,算出冲压力,选压力机, 算出凸凹模的尺寸,选取模架,校核所选的零件能承受的力是否满足所要承受的 冲压力,最后用 CAD、ProE 画图。本次设计是把一个钢板冲压成一个带缺口的圆 筒,设计经过老师的多次指导,同学们和我的多次讨论,自己的多次修改,结合 了大学期间所学的一切专业知识,最终设计出了比较理想的两套模具。冲裁模具 就直接冲裁,弯曲模具根据材料的弯曲特性,算出弯曲前得半径,设计凸凹模, 再根据弯曲原理,设计出了弯曲模具。这次设计让自己在大学所
